If you wish to return a product for any of the reasons listed below, you must first know your order number and select return, exchange, or withdrawal. We cannot process this without these details. For better service, please contact the Company either by phone during working hours (Monday - Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 - 13:00, Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 10:00 - 13:00 / 18:00 - 20:00) at 26310 26653 or by sending an email to info@fave-fashion.gr.
In any case, for the return of a product to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
1. The product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was received, meaning complete, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging including all labels/tags, required accompanying documents, instructions, etc., as well as any gifts included in the shipment.
When trying on clothing, make sure it does not come into contact with anything that may leave marks or odors, such as perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc.
Please note that all products are carefully inspected by the Company prior to shipment and also upon any return.
2. The returned product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, shipping document, etc.).
If the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
Product returns may be carried out:
i. In all cases where, due to an error by the Company (e.g., an error in order processing, shipping, etc.), products you did not order were sent to you and you received them in good faith. The return of the unordered items must take place within five (5) days of receipt; otherwise, the Company is not obliged to re-execute the original order. If the return/replacement is due to a proven error by the Company, the shipping costs for the new product or the refund are covered by the Company.
ii. In case a defective product is delivered, you may request a replacement or a refund, even though the Company carefully inspects all products before shipment. If the return/replacement is due to proven defectiveness of the product, the shipping costs for the new product or the refund are covered by the Company. Please note that the Company is liable for compensation in case of lack of agreed qualities or actual defects caused by its negligence, pursuant to Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code.
iii. If you wish to exchange the product with another item or change size. Within 5 calendar days of receiving the product, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or for a higher-priced product by paying the difference. If the product was on sale at the time of purchase and a different discount applies later, the exchange will be made with the discount percentage applicable at the time of purchase, not the current one. Exchanges are allowed only for items from the same or previous seasons.
In the above case, when returning a product for exchange with another, the customer bears the exchange cost. The exchange cost amounts to 6 euro.
Please note that any damage caused to the product during its return to us is solely your responsibility.

iv. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal from the transaction.
You have the right to return the product without justification and request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, pursuant to Law 2251/1994. Receipt is considered the day you acquired physical possession of the products. If your order included multiple products delivered separately, the date of receipt is the date you received the last product.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by submitting the withdrawal form found here or another document with equivalent content and sending it electronically to info@fave-fashion.gr. After sending the form, the Company will promptly inform you via email of the receipt of your withdrawal statement.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us at the following address:

in the same excellent condition in which it was delivered to you. Within the same deadline, we are obliged to issue a credit for future purchases or refund any amounts you have paid. Refunds are made via bank deposit to the account you indicate on the withdrawal form.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the additional COD fee is not refundable, nor are the shipping costs if they were charged to the customer.
The return of the product is at your own expense and with your own courier.
We will withhold the refund until we receive the returned product.
All merchandise will be carefully inspected upon return to the Company.
The products arrive at the Company under your responsibility, so please ensure they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and cannot be damaged during transport.
If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we will be required to send it back to you.
The Company bears no responsibility for any products that are returned to us by mistake.
The shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by the Company and are borne by the customer. For faster service, we recommend choosing a courier company for returns.
Please note that you are not entitled to withdraw in cases referred to in Article 3IB of Law 2251/1994 and in any other case provided under the law or this policy. In particular, under this policy, you have no right of withdrawal for products in the SALES category, discounted items, promotional items, and swimsuits, towels, or earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you exchange a product during a sales period and it is not defective, its valuation will be done at the current—i.e., reduced—price.
