In case you wish to return a product for any of the reasons mentioned below, you should first know the order number and choose return or exchange or withdrawal. We cannot do this without these details. In any case, to be able to return the product, you must:
1. The product to be returned must be in the condition it was received, i.e. it must be complete, undamaged, unused, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product including all labels/cards, necessary accompanying documents, instructions, etc., as well as any gifts that had been sent.
When trying on the clothes, make sure they don't come into contact with anything that might leave a mark or smell, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc.
It is noted that all products are thoroughly checked by the Company before sending your order and also after their possible return.
2. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.).
If the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
Products can be returned:
i. In all cases, in which due to an error of the Company (eg an error in ordering, shipping, etc.) products that you did not order, which you received in good faith, were sent. The return of the unordered items must be made within five (5) days of their receipt, otherwise the Company is not obliged to carry out the original order again. If the return/replacement is due to a proven mistake by the Company, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money are borne by the Company.
ii. In case of delivery of a defective product, in which case you can request its replacement with another one or your money back, although the Company thoroughly checks the products before sending your order. If the return/replacement is due to proven defectiveness of the product, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money are borne by the Company. It is pointed out that the Company is liable for compensation in the event of a lack of an agreed capacity or the existence of a real defect if this has been caused by its fault as defined in articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
iii. In case you wish to exchange the product for another or change the size. Within 5 calendar days of receiving the product, you can exchange the product you received for another one of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish. In the event that the product was on sale and then another discount applies, the change will be made with the discount rate at which the product was purchased and not with the current one. The change is only made in items of the same or previous seasons.
In the above case, for the return of a product in order to exchange it with others, the customer bears the costs of the exchange. We recommend using the courier company we work with.
It is pointed out that any damage suffered by the product during its return to us is solely your responsibility.

iv. In case you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal from the transaction.
You have the right to return the product without reason and request the payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product pursuant to Law 2251/1994. Receipt is considered the day you acquire physical possession of the products. In the event that with the same order you purchased several products that were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by submitting the withdrawal form that you will find here or another document with corresponding content and submitting it electronically to the email email@example.com. After sending the relevant form, the Company will inform you immediately by e-mail about the receipt of the withdrawal statement.

in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you and within the same period we are obliged to issue you a credit for future purchases or refund any amounts you have paid us. The refund is made by deposit to the bank account that you will indicate to us on the withdrawal form.
In the event that the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery, the additional amount charged to the order with the above payment method will not be refunded, as well as the shipping costs if these have been charged to the customer.
The return of the product is at your own expense and your own courier's expense.
We may withhold refunding any monies you have paid to us until we have received the product to be returned or until you have provided us with clear and undisputed evidence that you have sent it safely (whichever occurs first).
All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected upon return to the Company.
Products arrive at the Company at your own risk, so you must ensure that they are properly packed (not necessarily in their original packaging) and that they cannot be damaged in transit.
